While all our cattle have access to pasture, fresh air and exercise, only select cattle are fed grass exclusively. Grass-finished or “grass-fed” beef is generally leaner and has a slightly different flavour. Some studies point to grass-finished beef having more antioxidants, higher levels of omega–3 fatty acids and more “good” fats. While all our beef is an exceptional source of protein, B vitamins, iron and zinc, you may like to try the leaner taste of our grass-finished meat.
